Candidate Safety & Recruitment Guidance

General guidance for anyone applying for an overseas job through ADMANCO.

How to verify a genuine ADMANCO communication

  • • Genuine ADMANCO communication comes from an official ADMANCO channel — our website's contact form, our listed phone number, or our official email address (see our Contact page).
  • • If you're unsure whether a message, call or offer is genuinely from ADMANCO, contact us directly using the details on our Contact page to confirm before responding or sending anything.
  • • We will never ask you to keep a request secret or rush a payment or document under pressure.

Fees and payments

Recruitment fee arrangements can vary by role, employer and country, and any fees that genuinely apply to your situation will be explained to you clearly, in writing, before you're asked to pay anything. If a message asks you to pay urgently, in cash, or without a clear written explanation, contact us directly to verify it before you act.

If something feels wrong

Trust your judgement. If a communication claiming to be from ADMANCO feels off — unusual urgency, requests for unusual payments, or details that don't match what we've told you — stop and contact us directly through our official channels before proceeding.

For questions about the application process itself, see our Candidate FAQs.
