• Employers: name, company name, email, phone number, country, industry, job category, headcount and timeline details you submit through our enquiry and Request Manpower forms.

• To respond to enquiries and manpower requirements submitted by employers.
• To review candidate applications and CVs, and to contact candidates about relevant opportunities.

Form submissions, including uploaded CVs, are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised ADMANCO personnel. Employer requirement details may be shared with the employer you are applying to, where relevant to processing your application.
