We're active in Bahrain across our five confirmed sectors, recruiting workforce for employers based in Manama and beyond, within the LMRA's work-permit system.
Bahrain is one of the Gulf and international markets. Unlike Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Oman — where a government ministry administers work-permit approval directly — Bahrain regulates its labour market through a dedicated independent body, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). We recruit across all five of our confirmed sectors for Bahrain-based employers, sourcing from our established internationaln source markets, with work permits processed through the LMRA's standard employer-sponsored route.
You confirm sector, role mix, headcount and timeline for your Bahrain operation.
Candidates are sourced from our South Asian source markets against that requirement.
Candidates are screened and shortlisted for your review.
We coordinate candidate interviews with you where required.
Selected candidates' documentation is processed alongside the LMRA work-permit application under your commercial registration.
Visa, travel and mobilisation to Bahrain are coordinated ahead of deployment.

GENERAL GUIDANCE — confirm current requirements with the LMRA before finalising a plan
Work permits for foreign employees in Bahrain are issued by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), an independent government body (not a labour ministry) established to regulate the labour market, under a standard employer-sponsored route tied to the employer's commercial registration. Note for employers who may be working from older information: the LMRA's Flexi-Permit — a separate, self-sponsored, multi-employer permit — was discontinued in October 2022, so current work-permit routes in Bahrain are employer-sponsored, similar in structure to Bahrain's GCC neighbours. Specific processing times, fees and document requirements are published by the LMRA and can change — confirm current, case-specific requirements with the LMRA or your ADMANCO contact before finalising a recruitment plan.
